Conditions

1. Principle

By accepting an offer from Leonie Bergfeld (hereinafter referred to as the service provider), the client (hereinafter referred to as the customer) accepts the general terms and conditions.

2. Scope

The general terms and conditions apply to all written or oral agreements between the customer and the service provider. They apply to the courses offered. Even if the contract is not concluded via the Internet, the general terms and conditions are deemed to be tacitly accepted.

3. Conclusion of contract

The courses are offered and booked via the website (www.leoniebergfeld.com). The offers posted represent a non-binding offer. A binding registration is made when the customer books via the website.

4. Terms of payment

The prices listed on the website apply. The course fee is due no later than 7 days after receipt of the invoice, payable by bank transfer. The right to the booked service expires if the course fee is not paid within 7 days.

5. Cancellation of the planned service

The service provider reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient participation or for reasons of space or personnel. The customer will be informed in writing by email and in this case the fee already paid will be refunded to the customer in full. There is no right to compensation or rescheduling. Liability for costs that the customer may have incurred as a result of the booking (travel costs, overnight stay, childcare, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

6. Cancellation of individual course lessons in a course unit

For course lessons that are cancelled by the service provider, alternative dates will be offered. If the customer does not attend the alternative date, the right to this lesson expires and a refund of the course fee is not possible.

7. Course participation

The booking is a binding appointment. If the customer misses a single lesson in a course, this lesson cannot be made up. The course fee will not be refunded, not even in part.

8. Withdrawal

Cancellation of booked courses is possible and must be communicated in writing by email to k bv.bergfeld@gmail.com .

The following deadlines must be observed:

- Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the start of the course without incurring any fees.

- less than two weeks: the full course fee is due.

9. Liability

Participation in the course is at your own risk; no liability is accepted, including on the way. Customers travel to and from the course location at their own risk. This does not give rise to any claims against the service provider. Customers use the room at their own risk. The service provider excludes any liability for valuables, property damage and personal injury. The customer must arrange their own insurance cover. The service provider accepts no liability for its services.
